Our new office in East Street, Taunton is now well and truly open and we have to admit, we’re more than just a little bit excited. We couldn’t have timed it better as Easter is one of the busiest times of year in the property industry. - Mow the lawn - Not only does it make your property look cared for, it smells great.
- Wash the windows - Sparkling windows let in more light and make rooms look larger and airier.
- Sweep all paths and driveways - It will look great and will also ensure there aren’t any twigs or leaves to trip or slip on.
- Hide the wheelie bins - Pop them in the garage or down a side alley. If they're full, ask a neighbour to keep them while you have viewings if possible.
- Place some flower tubs or baskets outside of your front door, especially if you haven’t got flowering garden plants. - Flowers make any property look more inviting.
- Fill vases of cut flowers indoors - A big bunch of yellow daffodils are inexpensive and will brighten up any room.
- Let some fresh air in - Before your potential buyers arrive, open the doors and windows and give your home a good blast of fresh air.
